What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We strive to dispatch your item(s) within 2 working days after receiving payment, with delivery taking 2-5 working days. Tracking is not included, and a signature is required upon arrival to confirm receipt.
All orders are sent through Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class Delivery Service.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship exclusively to the UK and not worldwide.

Should you decide to return or exchange your product, please take advantage of the following options within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to the information provided below for guidance.
Kindly be aware that hijabs and under-caps are non-refundable, as we maintain this policy for hygiene reasons.
Due to increased demand, all sales are considered final, and we do not provide refunds. However, we do permit returns for store credit or exchanges on Abaya’s and menswear. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds are not applicable to sale items, which encompass orders purchased with promo codes, coupon codes, or during sales. Any order with applied codes will be regarded as a final sale. Orders utilising promotional codes from our newsletter email, newsletter pop-up, or promotional platforms fall into the sale item category and are eligible only for exchange or store credit, not for a refund.
